what happens if i don't receive my custom reward?

the baker is responsible for delivering their custom rewards to subscribers in a timely manner. if you do not receive your custom reward, please email us at team@heartpie.com

we have a zero tolerance policy on bakers who do not fulfill their promised subscription obligations. if we determine the baker has not made a reasonable effort to deliver their custom rewards to subscribers, their funds will be held and their account will be subject to suspension
